the long lag between the two pick up times was bit long epsecially since I had originally asked for an 8:00 am pick up. At 8:00 the front desk was willing to call up and let them know we were there. We then drove to Grand California and proceeded to sit in the van for 15-20 minutes as the people we were scheduled to pick up were not due for pickup until 8:15-8:30. Our pick up was for 7:45 am we were there at 7:30 and so was our ride. We had paid for a shared ride not so sure I would do that again. But when they sent out the new confirmation the price had doubled on the return leg I needed to phone again to have it resdjusted to $40. But there was a banner on their site advising that times could be adjusted though. the pickup times were picked automatically as i input my information on their website. I had to jump though some hoops to get the pickup time changed on the phone they told me they were only supposed to change it by 15 minute increments they made an exception and changed it to 7:45. Mears Connect services all the official Disney hotels as well as non-Disney hotels. They wanted to pick us up at 7:15.way too early, 9:00 am was ample to be at the airport. Mears Connect (formerly called Mears Airport Shuttle) is an airport bus service run by Mears, the company that used to provide Disney’s Magical Express service. I think Supershuttle is perhaps a little newer of a van.and I doubt the driver we had with the Supershuttle would have volunteered the whole 'getting pulled over for tossing a water bottle at another driver road-rage' incident I found that the time etc was directly comparable with Supershuttle (the blue van) and overall I had no problem with either. That was a little crazy of a story to share!

The Karmel shuttles are owned by the drivers so it is their responsiblity to maintain the van.the van we had was a bit older.but otherwise we weren't worried.except when our driver told us that one time when he had a fare on board another driver cut him off so he tossed a water bottle at him and struck the windshield of the other car and got pulled over and ticketed by the LAPD I doubt I would trust someone else's car seat.but that is just me The 1 day 1 park tickets can be used to enter either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure but not both on the same day.

1 day 1 park tickets allow you to visit one Disneyland Resort theme park on one day.

You do need your car seat because they do not supply them. 1 day 1 park ticket PLUS hotel shuttle transfers with Karmel Shuttle. They are user friendly, all you do is you get your luggage, find courtesy phone, call their number and they are there within I think it was about 3 minutes for us. They were on time, both ways, despite me changing the pick-up time on our Disney-SNA leg a few times at the last minute.We used Karmel shuttle this past December for 3 adults, 1 toddler.
